It is possible to make changes to an individual’s account within Glow. If you are the RM Unify Administrator in your school or other institution then you will be able to do this.

- account status
If data is provided by an external source such as MIS then if you want to change other information about the user such as surname then you should update the data source, in this case the MIS, and this change will automatically transfer through to Glow.
