Social question and answer sessions

We are looking forward to holding a series of short, live Glow Q+A sessions via our social media channels: Facebook page, Twitter hashtag  and the Glow Newsfeed. These sessions will by manned by the Glow team with users invited to ask questions during dedicated and timetabled Q+A sessions, each no longer than a half hour but with our staff on hand at those times to give you instant help and support.

We know that Glow users will have questions about the new Glow services and they may not know how to get answers. We won’t be able to answer every single question live but we will make sure we get back to everyone on the difficult ones and we will probably be able to offer instant support on a lot of issues users may might have.

How do I access these Q+A sessions?

There’s no need to sign up, just join us on the night. You will only need to be signed-in to Glow if you want to ask your questions via the Glow newsfeed, rather than our public Twitter and Facebook channels.

When are we holding these sessions?

We are holding these sessions every Tuesday evening at 7:30pm from 11/11/2014 until 16/12/2014 inclusive:

Tuesday 25/11/2014 @7:30pm-8pm

Tuesday 02/12/2014 @7:30pm-8pm

Tuesday 09/12/2014 @7:30pm-8pm

Glow TV sessions twice a day on the same dates:

glowconnectpromoWe are holding a series of specific Glow Help and Support sessions via Glow TV on these same dates during November and December.

Join us twice a day on Tuesdays (sessions repeated morning and afternoon) throughout November/December for LIVE and interactive Glow TV web conferences with the Glow team.

There will be demonstrations and video support content as well as a live chat facility for users to ask questions throughout the sessions.

These are being launched in conjunction with the Facebook/Twitter/Newsfeed social Q+A sessions in the evenings, with users invited to post questions on the specific focus of the Help and Support Glow TV events once they have had a chance to reflect on the morning/afternoon sessions.
