The very first National Digital Learning Week took place in March – and what a week it was.  Have a look at the post  Digital Learning in March on the National Digital Learning Community blog to find out more.

Education Scotland published its curriculum impact report on the quality of young people’s learning and achievements in the technologies.

We spoke to an astronaut!  Commander Chris Hadfield, talked to Scottish learners LIVE on Glow TV answering their questions and providing a real insight into life in space.  Have a look at the interview on the Glow TV Watch Again facility (Glow log-in needed).  The pic on this post features children from Bathgate Early Learning Centre clearly dressed for the part!

The 1+2 Factor modern languages initiative was launched with the aim of showcasing and sharing the learning and teaching of languages in Scottish schools and encourage the use of digital technology.

The Blogging Bootcamp went from strength to strength with 51 new blogs created featuring around 400 posts.  Find out more on the Blogging Bootcamp site on Glow (log-in needed).
